Vintage Quilt Autumn Log Cabin

Warm chocolate browns, soft salmon pinks, cream floral calicos, and red centers give this vintage Log Cabin quilt a wonderfully cozy country charm. The light and dark fabric strips create diagonal bands across the quilt, while the tiny floral prints invite a closer look. Its coordinated fabrics and muted palette suggest an estimated circa 1990s date.

Measuring 75" × 87", this quilt is hand quilted with medium-weight, lofty batting that gives it a soft, very cuddly feel. The binding is formed by wrapping the backing fabric to the front and securing it with hand stitching.

There is seam separation along the binding, as shown in the photo, which will need attention. The quilt would also benefit from a thorough, gentle washing, with the separated area secured beforehand.

A welcoming quilt for cozy evenings, a layered country bed, or anyone who loves traditional patchwork with a soft, snuggly feel.

This quilt has not been laundered by Janj Threads. Any cleaning decisions have been left to the next caretaker to preserve the quilt according to their preferences.
