A cheerful vintage Kindred Pinwheel quilt filled with beautiful feed sack fabrics, playful florals, stripes, dots, and what appears to be a mix of later mid-century prints tucked throughout the blocks. You can almost picture it being pieced together at a kitchen table and stitched on an old Singer or White treadle machine late into the evening.
The machine quilting gives it that wonderful everyday-use charm—the kind of quilt made for warmth, comfort, and life inside a busy farmhouse home.
The soft pink sashing frames each pinwheel so perfectly, giving this quilt a sweet vintage feel while the scrappy fabrics keep every block completely unique. No two pinwheels are quite the same…which feels a lot like the hands that made them.
