Sweet, cheerful, and wonderfully inviting, this vintage Triple Floral Appliqué Quilt showcases rows of charming hand-appliquéd flower bouquets set against a crisp white background. The blossoms, created from delightful Depression-era style fabrics, are hand stitched with care, while the stems and leaves provide a lovely contrast that makes each bouquet bloom across the quilt. Measuring 72" x 86", this quilt features a wrapped binding (turned from the back to the front) that is machine stitched, with machine quilting outlining each flower and stem to beautifully accent the appliqué design. The quilt is remarkably clean, and the white background remains bright and fresh. There are a few areas of very faint pink dye transfer, which are minor and do not detract from its overall beauty (please see photos). Based on the fabrics, construction techniques, and overall style, this quilt was likely made circa 1940s. It is a lovely example of mid-century American appliqué work that combines simplicity, warmth, and timeless appeal.

This quilt has been gently laundered by Janj Threads using quilt-safe methods. While every effort has been made to preserve the quilt's original character, signs of age and use may still be present. The quilt is clean, fresh, and ready to enjoy.
