Vintage Quilt Applique Butterfly

Twenty colorful butterflies flutter across a creamy background in this charming vintage quilt. A delightful mix of solid fabrics, small florals, prints, and plaids gives each butterfly its own personality, while embroidered antennae add a sweet finishing touch. Some prints have the appearance of feedsack-era fabrics, though their origin cannot be confirmed.

Beautiful hand-stitched quilting forms a diamond grid throughout, adding wonderful texture and showcasing the care invested in this quilt. Measuring 66" x 82", it has thin batting and an applied binding finished by hand.

The quilt is in excellent condition, with one small spot as shown in the photos. A lovely choice for displaying, collecting, or bringing a little vintage charm to your home.

This quilt has not been laundered by Janj Threads. Any cleaning decisions have been left to the next caretaker to preserve the quilt according to their preferences.
